More than fast food.
A royal obsession.
From a single griddle on Front Street to twelve buzzing locations — here's how Royal Halal Crisp earned its crown.
A recipe worth queuing for
In 2018, the Rahman family opened a small takeout spot on Front Street with one griddle, a jar of homemade crown sauce, and a frustration shared by halal diners everywhere: why should eating halal mean settling for soggy, second-rate fast food?
Their answer was simple — do it properly. Source the best halal-certified meat. Press every patty by hand. Double-crisp every fillet to order. Within a month, the line stretched down the block.
Eight years on, the griddle count has grown but the standard hasn't budged. Every Royal Halal Crisp is still built the same way it was on day one — fresh, fiery, and unapologetically halal.
Certified, not just claimed
Every ingredient that crosses our pass is certified by the Halal Monitoring Committee (HMC) and the Halal Food Authority (HFA). We publish our certificates in-store and never, ever cut corners.

Cooked with care
Flame-grilled, double-crisped, made to order. We'd rather you wait two minutes than serve you anything reheated.
